ANDERTECH’s service technicians are highly skilled and regularly trained by our suppliers when new products and technologies are launched. Our large spare parts warehouse is situated with our head office in Humlebaek. This ensures fast and efficient delivery to our customers. Our service personnel in Jutland is based in our office in Billund.
Scheduled preemptive service and service agreements
Regular servicing is a key requirement for continuous operation throughout the lifetime of the equipment. That is why we offer a range of service agreements with fixed servicing intervals. A service agreement gives you the added advantage of a discount on our hourly rates. This discount also applies if additional servicing is required on top of the fixed service dates.
Instruction and training of operating personnel
We offer training related to purchase of machinery and equipment, together with customer specific training focused on selected product groups. This training can be arranged at your own location or with us in Humlebaek.
